UPTON Properties required an up market printed brochure of their Silverbirch property development in Upper Constantia. The 30 pg brochure features 3D architectural illustrations of the home, together with text and photos showcasing the property's features and highlighting the attractions found in and around the home's surrounding area in the Constantia valley of Cape Town.
